What type of shoes are allowed on the playing floor?

Athletic and closed toed shoes only. This is for safety and the state has put the rule in place. Anyone not wearing the correct shoes will be asked to step off the playing area.

How many minutes are normally between J.V. and Varsity matches?

Normally, there are ten minutes placed between the two games. Sometimes that changes at the home teams request (such senior night, delays, etc).

My team uses a 5, 5, 2 warm-up at home but when away we get different warm-up times. Why?

Each conference has a set amount of warm-up time that all conference matches have to abide by. For not-conference matches, the home team sets the warm-up times. For state play-off games there is a state set 4, 4, 4, 4, warm-up.
